At Logline Supply, we take pride in delivering high-quality timber products and professional land services. We understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. Please read our policy below to understand how we handle cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Custom Orders

Due to the nature of custom-cut wood and tailored land services:

  • All custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

  • Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing a custom order to be eligible for a full refund.

  • If a defect or issue arises from our workmanship or materials, we will evaluate the situation and may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

2. Standard Products

For stock or non-custom items:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in original condition, and returned at the customer’s expense.

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

3. Services (Land Clearing, Logging, etc.)

All services are scheduled and planned in advance. As such:

  • Cancellations with at least 72 hours’ notice before scheduled work will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice may receive a partial refund, depending on costs incurred for scheduling, equipment mobilization, or prep work.

  • Services already rendered are non-refundable unless the client can demonstrate gross negligence or failure to deliver as contracted.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation.

  • We will review the issue and may offer:

    • A full or partial refund

    • A replacement item

    • A discount on a future order

5. Refund Process

Once your return or refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
