At Logline Supply, we are committed to delivering high-quality timber, firewood, sawlogs, and other wood products safely and efficiently. Due to the nature of our products, shipping involves specialized handling and logistics coordination. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures, timelines, costs, and important information related to the delivery of your order.

 

Shipping Regions

 

We currently ship to customers within the United States, with a focus on regional and national delivery depending on the volume and product type. If you are located outside of our standard delivery area, please contact us directly to discuss custom shipping options.

 

Processing Time

 

  • Standard Orders: Processing typically takes 3–5 business days from order confirmation.

  • Custom Orders or Bulk Shipments: May take up to 7–14 business days, depending on volume and specifications.

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM AKST may be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods

  • Company-operated trucks for local/regional deliveries

  • Freight carriers for long-distance or bulk deliveries

Delivery & Unloading

 

  • We deliver curbside or to the nearest accessible point on your property.

  • Customers are responsible for having equipment or labor on-site to unload if required.

​

  • Delivery drivers are not responsible for moving product beyond the drop-off point unless prior arrangements have been made.

Shipping Delays

  • Weather conditions (especially in Alaska and remote regions)

  • Transportation/logistics issues

​

  • Order customization

We will communicate any anticipated delays and provide revised delivery timelines.

 

Damaged or Lost Shipments

 

Please inspect all shipments upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take photos immediately

​

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We will work to resolve issues with either a replacement, refund, or repair depending on the situation.
